t777 Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings assigned to them here:

To register and maintain an account on t777, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing t777 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is permitted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of t777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and update your details promptly if they change. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are permitted to hold only one registered account on t777. Registering additional accounts — whether under your own name, another name, or any form of disguised identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

t777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any point thereafter. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t777 account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. t777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If anyone requests your password claiming to represent t777, do not provide it and contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings — this adds an important extra layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify t777 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

t777 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you report a compromised account promptly, t777 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension while the investigation is ongoing.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your t777 account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). t777 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet
• SadaPay — digital wallet
• IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer) — direct bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on t777 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures as required by our compliance obligations. Deposits are credited to your account in real time for mobile wallet methods and within one to four hours for IBFT transfers.

t777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are not controlled by t777. t777 is not responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your t777 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity documents confirmed) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes. IBFT withdrawals to bank accounts are typically processed within two to four hours. Card withdrawals follow the standard card network processing timeline of one to three business days.

t777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the player. t777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 100,000 or in circumstances where enhanced due diligence is warranted.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports betting on t777:

• Bets are accepted and settled in PKR. All displayed odds are in decimal format unless you have changed your preference in account settings.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless t777's cash-out feature is available and activated for that specific market.
• If an event is cancelled before it begins and is not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match or event begins but is abandoned before the scheduled completion due to external circumstances, t777 will settle bets according to the official result where one is declared by the governing body. If no official result is declared, bets are voided.
• t777 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice — for example, due to a major team news development, a suspicious betting pattern, or a technical issue.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly wrong due to a technical fault — are not valid and t777 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Accumulator bets are calculated by multiplying the decimal odds of each individual selection. All selections must win for the accumulator to return a profit.

7. Casino and Games Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, poker, and virtual sports products on t777 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real human dealers operating in real time. The fairness of all games is verified by third-party testing laboratories.

• The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published on the game information page. RTP is a long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee individual session returns.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a casino game, the game session will be resolved based on the last verifiable game state recorded by t777's server. Where the outcome cannot be confirmed, the stake is returned to the player.
• Progressive jackpot games operate under their own specific rules. Jackpots are only valid if the triggering bet meets the minimum qualifying stake as specified on the game page.
• t777 poker games and tournaments operate under Texas Hold'em rules unless otherwise stated. Tournament rules, blind structures, and prize distributions are published on each tournament's information page prior to registration.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

t777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise. The standard wagering requirement at t777 is 20x the bonus amount unless a promotion specifies differently.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited and accounts being reviewed.
• Bonus funds are typically used before real money funds when placing bets. Check the cashier page of your account to confirm the current order of fund usage for your account.
• t777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an offer and begun wagering will not have their terms changed mid-promotion.
• Cashback promotions on t777 are calculated on net losses only — they are not calculated on gross turnover. The calculation period and payment timeline for each cashback offer is stated in the promotion terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on t777. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, fund confiscation, or permanent closure:

1. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the reason or the identity information used.
2. Providing false identity information during registration, verification, or any other account process.
3. Using t777 for money laundering — depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
4. Exploiting software bugs or errors — placing bets or taking advantage of any technical fault that t777 has not intentionally offered as a product feature.
5. Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting bonus offers in ways that are not consistent with genuine recreational play, including but not limited to coordinated bonus harvesting with other accounts.
6. Collusion in poker — sharing hand information with other players at the same table through any communication method.
7. Match-fixing exploitation — placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed result or being in any way complicit in match-fixing activity.
8. Using automated bots or scripts to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the t777 platform in any way.
9. Harassing or threatening t777 staff or other players in any communication channel.
10. Allowing minors to use your t777 account under any circumstances.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

t777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Failure to comply with a request for additional information or documentation.
• A player voluntarily requesting account self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, t777 will endeavour to notify the player and complete the investigation within 14 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and no funds will be withheld. Where a breach is confirmed, t777 may withhold funds pending regulatory or law enforcement requirements.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting t777 support via live chat or email. Real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within five business days.

11. Responsible Gaming

t777 is genuinely committed to responsible gaming — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a core platform value. We recognise that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gambling habits, and we actively work to provide tools and resources that help prevent and address this.

All content on the t777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game assets, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of t777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the t777 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any t777 content without prior written permission.
• Use t777 trademarks or brand assets in any way that could imply endorsement or affiliation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any t777 software.
• Create derivative works based on t777's platform, design, or content.

14. Limitation of Liability

t777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability and error-free operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

t777 is not liable for:

• Any loss arising from your reliance on information on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations.
• Disruptions to the platform caused by third-party service providers, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond t777's reasonable control.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t777 is licensed to operate. t777 holds all required licences and authorisations to provide its services to eligible users.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through t777's internal complaints process may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in the platform's licensing documentation. t777's internal complaints procedure is available by contacting our support team — response to formal complaints is provided within five business days.
